Toxic Femininity Series

A 6-Part Online Workshop Series to Explore the 5 Toxic Femininity Archetypes
Inspired by the book “Toxische Weiblichkeit” by Sophia Fritz

What roles have you learned to perform in order to be loved, safe, and seen?
What parts of you have been shaped by patriarchy — and which long to break free?
This space is a gentle rebellion. A return.

In this embodied exploration, we’ll lovingly encounter the survival strategies we’ve inherited as womxn* — the masks, the roles, the identities we’ve learned to wear — and begin to meet the full spectrum of who we truly are underneath them.

Together, we’ll dive into five archetypes of toxic femininity through the lens of Toxische Weiblichkeit by Sophia Fritz. These archetypes are neither personal flaws nor inherently bad— they are protective parts in us that once kept us safe and functioning. If you are ready to embrace them so that you can step into a more empowered version of yourself, then this might be your time.
